Welcome to the Listing Management Page for DR Horton. Below you will find out who we are, what we do, and what you can do.

We are Fresh Start Virtual Assistants, we have been contracted by Kathleen Forrest to manage all aspects of listing management for her office. We will be the direct point of contact for all of your property needs. We have years of experience and pride ourselves on organization and attention to detail.

To help streamline the process, we felt it would be a great idea to just lay out the direction so we can all be on the same page.

Keifer will send over the properties that are to be listed with Kathleen. Our job is to make sure we have the correct information and get them listed. You will be added to each listings under our CRM which is Brivity. You will be able to login to this site and see all active, pending and sold properties for your community. If you are unsure of the login, please reach out to Morgan or us and we can help get you access. All accounts should be using the community generic email as the login. You would go to www.brivity.com and enter your community email and password that has been established. All documents, including the MLS sheet, will be filed under each property so you have easy access to everything.

If you see anything that needs to be corrected/updated/added to any of your properties, please send these to listings@fs-va.com.

It is very important that we work together to stay on top of photographs. We shoot pictures at 2 stages, one at brick and one at completion. Please email listings@fs-va.com anytime one of your properties is ready for pictures. You can also snap shots with your cell phones and email them to us at any phase of the process as we can implement those in the ongoing marketing that we do. Please be sure to label the pictures with the address to eliminate communication.
