TRR Specialist, Assistant Transaction Coordinator – Licensed OK Real Estate Agents Only

Our client is seeking a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT to assist their valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work under the direction of our Office Manager/Lead Transaction Coordinator to attend all inspections, compile detailed Treatment, Repair and Replacement (TRR) requests for each buyer and assist in the negotiation of the requested TRR items. Some transaction coordination assistance will also be included, as well as some clerical work. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our process.

  • A valid Oklahoma Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Treatment, Repair and Replacement Coordination and Negotiation experience required
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • Systems Orientated
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, and TRR Negotiation required

Compensation: $14-$16 per hour

Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market a real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Oklahoma Real estate agent’s or broker’s license

Compensation is set at individual agents earned commission less office compliance splits
